3.Scope of business:
sweaters of various styles, men’s (women’s and children’s) wear,
scarves, caps, gloves and the printing (water printing, offset printing),
bead sewing, embroidering, stitching, pin knitting of polyurethane,
nylon, digital embroideries, sewn leather, sewn wool and sewn denim
etc. and the dyeing, discharging, tailoring and butted sewing of
finished garments, etc.
 4.Minimum
order: 500 pieces for each style.
5.Monthly
throughput: about 60,000 to 90,000 pieces.
6.Production
cycle: dependent on the amount of order. The cycle for wool sweater
is usually between 30 and 45 after the sample is confirmed.
7.Raw materials adopted are mainly: wool,
Shetland wool, cony hair, mohair, chenille yarn, cotton, flax cotton,
nitrile cotton, cotton nitrile, wool nitrile, blended spun silk,
mercerized and shrinkage-proof wool yarns, rayon, viscose nylon,
and various blended figured flexes.
8.Processed brands: Pierre Cardin, G-Star,
Essential Casuals, Kuklauang, Hawkshead, A.V.V, Elle, Eland, Alexander,
North Blue, Navy Blue, Playboy, Abc Une Face. And Korean brands
include SAMSUNG etc. Domestic brands: Haiermansi, Gen, PASSAGES
and EV.
9.Factory features: The company
is a group enterprise that deals in the one-stop workflow ranging
from weaving, dyeing to sweater making. The companies are cooperating
satisfactorily, with the problems solved in a timely and effective
way. The company has also developed many coordinative enterprises
and foundries. It boasts a top-grade workshop and  employee’s
