1.About Us: The company, founded in the year 1990, is engaged in hank dyeing, cheese dyeing and loose wool dyeing. Through the provision of dyeing service for single yarn, double ends, multiple yarn and various figured gauze, the company is capable of meeting customer requirements and further satisfaction. It is equipped with distinguished operators, a stringent quality control system, top-level technical experts. With the adoption of environment-friendly dyestuffs, the color fastness of finished products is higher than grade 3.
2.Production Equipment: The company boasts 6 large dyeing vat bought from West Germany weighing over 600 pounds, 9 small dyeing vats weighing below 300 pounds, the company has 7 sets of homemade abov-600-pound skein dyeing vessels, 9 sets of bleow-300-pound vessels and 1 set of 50-pound spraying vessels,3 dyeing vats weighing 100 kg, 2 small dyeing vats weighing below 50 kg as well as supporting equipment including 1 hank drying chamber, 1 package-drying machine, 1 loose wool drying chamber, 4 spin-driers and 2 steam boxes.

4.Applicability: the dyeing of wool yarns, Wool/Acrylic yarns, Lambswool Yarns, Shetland Yarns, Angora Yarns, Mohair Yarns, Iceland wool yarns, Big-belly Yarns, cotton, flax/cotton yarns, cotton/acrylic yarns, cotton/rayon yarns, polyester/cotton yarns, Tencel/cotton yarns, Modal/cotton and acrylic yarns.
5.Monthly throughput: 150 tons (hank dyeing); 30 tons (cheese dyeing); 60 tons (loose wool dyeing);
6.Production cycle: the color sample making lasts 2 to 3 days. As for large orders, yarns in lot can be supplied three days after the color samples are confirmed.
